How credits work
Credits cover replies and requested photos. Your profile shows your current balance and payment history. Rates can differ by channel.

For Instagram text, spaces and punctuation count: up to 180 characters costs 1 credit; 181–360 costs 2; 361–540 costs 3. A 240-character reply costs 2 credits, and a 400-character reply costs 3. Voice is charged at its voice rate instead of the text rate. A website voice reply costs 3 credits even when split into multiple playable parts. Replaying saved audio does not use more credits.
Photos from the existing collection
One photo request → one available photo → 6 credits. Photos come from Roshni’s reviewed media collection when available. There is no extra charge for the accompanying caption. Requests depend on available matching photos; we do not create new images or offer videos. The former ₹20 three-image pack is no longer available.
You need at least 6 credits for a photo. With fewer credits, top up first and ask again. If no matching photo is available, you are not charged. Credits are reserved while delivery is pending, released if delivery is confirmed to have failed, and held for review if the delivery outcome is uncertain. Retrying the same delivery does not create another charge.
Choose a virtual gift
Flowers, chocolate, and the gift are digital themes for chat payments; no physical items are shipped.

Open your profile to choose a secure Cashfree top-up. Credits are added after payment confirmation. Text and voice replies draw from the same available balance as photos. Linked accounts use their linked balance; separate accounts can have separate balances.
Welcome images and complimentary payment rewards, when eligible, are gifts and do not deduct the requested-photo charge. Asking for another photo uses the 6-credit rate.
